Our Services

Massiva Husfabrik can combine its project management services with our construction services to serve as a full service commercial modular general contractor to meet the project needs of our clients. Our level of involvement is dependent on the type of project and the scope of work required.  We have the capabilities to be a the general contractor of a turnkey modular construction project or provide the construction services for the modular portion of a larger hybrid project in conjunction with the primary project general contractor. No matter our role Massiva Husfabrik‘s goal is always the same; the efficient and effective integration of modular technologies into our clients’ successful new construction projects.
