Massiva Husfabrik can represent the owner in a project management capacity and assume the role of both construction manager and project  supervisor.

In addition to the project supervision tasks listed above, project management responsibilities include managing and coordinating project implementation, project scheduling, safety management, client interaction, cost controls, sub-contractor management and performance, site staffing, inspections and oversight of project performance with the general contractor through contract completion. Our extensive modular construction expertise enables us to successfully manage projects that get completed on time and within budget.
