Purpose

As a globally active company Massiva Husfabrik is working under the highest ethical standards. This policy aims to ensure sustained business success based on the trust of our clients and the public.

Policy

Massiva Husfabrik supports and respects the protection of internationally recognized human rights and labor standards proclaimed under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labor Organization’s core conventions. None of these principles shall be sacrificed whenever and wherever we do business.

Massiva Husfabrik  respects the dignity of others and expects employees, subsidiaries, suppliers and contractors to comply with the policies outlined in the above conventions.

Anti-Trust Policy

Purpose

Ethical business behaviour and compliance with applicable laws (domestic, and at all locations where the company operates) are a cornerstone of Massiva Husfabrik business philosophy. This policy aims to ensure sustained business success based on the trust of our clients and the public.

Massiva Husfabrik to comply with the highest standards of fairness in all its operations.

Massiva Husfabrik shall adhere with antitrust principles and applicable laws in all its business operations worldwide:

  • Gaining undue benefits from Price Fixing (fixing of prices through agreements with competitors, through using monopoly position, or using position of strengths (e.g. toward suppliers)
  • Gaining undue benefits from Bid Rigging (agreeing bidding terms with competitors or other third parties)
  • Gaining undue benefits from Market Allocation Schemes (agreeing market allocation with competitors
  • Do not participate in joint Boycotts (any decision to not deal with a party should be made internally, and based on legitimate and legal business reasons)
  • Gaining undue benefits from Trade Association Meetings (trade association meetings should never be used for agreeing or discussing any of the above topics)
  • Mergers and Acquisitions (respecting applicable laws in all dealings related to mergers and acquisitions)

Applicability

This policy applies to all managers, employees, and subsidiaries of Massiva Husfabrik in all their functions and at all locations. We also expect our business partners, suppliers and contractors to adhere to the highest anti-trust and corruption standards.

Respect for Employees and their Responsibility

  1. We treat all employees equally and do not discriminate among them on the basis of region of birth, physical disability, educational background, gender, age or religion.
  2. We evaluate the capacity and achievements of employees based on clear and fair criteria.
  3. We respect employees’ autonomy and creativity to increase their capability.
  4. We foster sound corporate culture in which employees make decisions and behave based on honesty, trust, communication, and mutual respect.
  5. Employees do not leak any of corporate information and protect any other tangible and intangible assets.
  6. Employees understand and comply with company policies, applicable laws and regulations.
  7. We respect and comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the international community.

Market Economic Compliance

  1. We respect fair and free market economic order and do not involve ourselves in unfair monopolistic practices.
  2. We do not discuss with other companies on bids, market allocation, price rigging, etc., nor do we constitute a collusion syndicate or group on such ground.
  3. We do not try to gain any undue profit through illegal collections or use of competitors’ non-public information.
  4. We pursue mutual growth and sustainable management, and therefore seek to support our business partners on various fronts including finance, technology development and management training, thereby enabling them to compete in the market with better capacity.
  5. In designating a business partner, we provide equal contract bidding opportunities to every qualified company based on impartial and reasonable criteria.
  6. We endeavor to maintain sound contract bidding practices. To this end, we neither abuse our superior bargaining position to make any unreasonable demand to business partners nor join unfair market transactions.
  7. We will make sure that business partners measure up to our high ethical standards, and will encourage them to take proper measures on undesirable practices.
