The are developing a new quality control system – starting from two months before the start of the modular housing projects, the company launches for the Pre-Quality Control from the perspective of the actual users of the products. A month after the completion, Massiva Husfabrik will collect opinions and grievances from the potential occupants of its apartment buildings to eliminate all the possible causes of their grievances in advance for the next project. As a result, the company plan to reduce the number of defects from 6 to 2 per apartment unit at the time of residents final inspection during the next year.
