Massiva Husfabrik promotes advanced safety management and building site centered safety management under the policy of ‘Compliance with Fundamentals and Principles.’ Massiva Husfabrik has established a well-developed safety and health management system through the earnest efforts of its safety and health management organization. It places the utmost priority on raising awareness of safety and health among its employees through the curriculum and diverse extracurricular programs.
Massiva Husfabrik, in order to ingrain site safety culture and prevent accidents, has created an interdependent cooperation model that involves the construction manager, construction specialists, and safety managers:
- Construction Manager is responsible for ensuring that the safety manager can carry out his/her job properly by instilling a safety mindset, carrying out pre-inspections, and improving working conditions.
- Construction specialists are responsible for thoroughly reviewing the construction plan in addition to checking the construction progress, steps, structure, and safety planning in order to prevent safety issues.
- Safety managers are responsible for cultivating their technical capabilities while ensuring that construction specialists self manage safety for their responsible works, with the aim of achieving = Zero Accidents working concept.
