PVC windows and balcony windows with 5 chamber profiles according to EN 14351-1 are used as a standard. The value of heat 2 transfer rating is Uw ≤ 1,2 W/m K. Window framing is in white matt colour. Other types of joinery like wooden, aluminium or with special fire or acoustic requirements can be provided as an extra order.

Entrance door: EI 30, non-rabbeted, timber-framed, painted white on both sides.

Internal doors: non-rabbeted, timber-framed, full, flush door in white colour with locks where necessary. Sliding doors in apartments can be performed as additional works. Delivery and installation of doors to staircases, storage rooms and other premises located outside modules can be performed as additional order.

Floors: Ceramic tiles measuring 30×30 cm in dark grey colour in the area of entrance

Walls: Paper-based, smooth, flizelin-backed wallpaper, painted with water-based acrylic paint in colour NCS S 0502-Y with the gloss rating 07.

Ceilings: Suspended ceiling, clear height min. 2,20 m, smooth glass textile wallcovering, double painted with water-based acrylic paint in white colour with the gloss rating 02 – 03.

Installations: Electrical heating mat can be installed in the area of entrance. Light fixture in ceiling – plafond lamp, option: DCL socket located on wall or ceiling or lighting in form of spot lights (halogen or LED downlight fittings) actuated by switch or dimmer.

Floors: 3-strip MDF panel board 7 mm, oak texture.

Walls: Paper-based, smooth, flizelin-backed wallpaper, painted with water-based acrylic paint in colour NCS S 0502-Y with the gloss rating 07. Option at extra charge: ceramic tiles above worktop zone 10×10 cm, colour white matt.

Ceilings: Smooth glass textile wallcovering, double painted with water-based acrylic paint in white colour with the gloss rating 02 – 03.

Installations: Light fixture in ceiling – plafond lamp, light under cabinets. Option at extra charge: DCL socket located on wall or ceiling, lighting in form of spot lights (halogen or LED downlight fittings) actuated by switch or dimmer, light under cabinets in form of fluorescent light fixture, light under cabinets in form of LED spot lights or LED lighting strip.

Furnishing: The additional delivery includes basic cabinets (base units), wall mount cabinets and the worktop. The main bodies of the basic and wall mount cabinets, flat fronts (cabinet doors) and the other visible elements are made of MDF board painted in white colour, the edges of the bodies and doors are finished with 1 mm-thick PVC veneer in white colour. The worktop is made of 38 mm-thick MDF board finished with veneer in dark grey colour. The basic cabinets including the worktop are 90 cm high, the cabinets are supported on legs adjustable up to 150 mm, the space underneath is covered by skirting. The wall mount cabinets are 80 cm in height, hung on a mounting rail. Hinges of cabinet doors and drawers with the system of „silent and

gentle closing”. Exhaust ventilation ducts may be placed in part of the wall mount cabinets under ceiling, so part of the wall mount cabinets will be encased.

Equipment available together with the kitchen furniture includes:

4-burner ceramic cooktop, electrical built-in oven, built-in fridge & freezer and built-in dishwasher 60 cm width, 1½ bowl inset steel sink in colour INOX 48×78 with drainer and sink mixer.

Floors: 10×10 cm glazed stoneware tiles in grey matt colour according to PN-EN 14411.

Walls: ceramic tiles 20×45 cm, glossy white with white joint.

Ceilings: Suspended ceiling, clear height min. 2,20 m, smooth glass textile wallcovering, double painted with water-based acrylic paint in white colour with the gloss rating 20.

Installations: Light fixture in ceiling – plafond lamp, mirror light; option: lighting in form of spot lights (halogen or LED downlight fittings) actuated by switch or dimmer.

Furnishing: Wall mount mirror integrated with lighting, 60×65 cm in height, vanity cabinet in white colour, 60 cm in width with vanity top in white colour for inset washbasin (as an option wider cabinets

can be delivered – 80, 100 or 120 cm wide), corner shower enclosure without profiles 90×90 cm made of clear tempered glass 8 mm in thickness, fixing elements, hinges, handle in silver colour, inset ceramic washbasin in white colour 42×48 cm, ceramic toilet bowl in white colour with hard toilet seat and dual flush button in white colour, taps: upright washbasin faucet with pop-up waste and flexible water connector, thermostatic shower faucet, hand shower with a rail.

Furnishing: Wardrobes can be delivered as additional order. Free standing 2- part wardrobes with swing doors are made of laminated board in white colour, size 1000x600x2100 mm. Built-in wardrobes with sliding doors can also be performed as an option.

Facades can be finished with horizontal timber cladding (optional – vertical), made of spruce timber, non planed, sized 21×145 mm.

Other material is 8mm fiber-cement board Cembrit Raw, sized 1200×3050 mm in natural grey colour.

Cladding is installed in the factory and connections are performed on the building site. Both materials can be painted in any selected colour (NCS or RAL) as an additional option.

Floor surface of galleries is finished with wooden decking board made of e.g. pine wood, pressure – impregnated or paving slabs. Finishing of balconies’ floor is made of wooden decking boards. Both balconies and gangways are finished with Cembrit facade plates form underneath.

External balustrades are made of galvanized steel structure with vertical metal zinc-coated rails and steel handrail. Other solutions like e.g. balustrades with glass, wooden posts or boards (e.g. hpl) can be performed as an extra option.
